We’re out here creating great sound and stunning visuals for the exhibition “The Geography of Japanese Making” at Orientkaj for Time & Style as part of 3 Days of Design 🪑🏮 We’ve managed to integrate our technical equipment without detracting from the beautiful minimalist aesthetic, whilst still meeting our standards for audiovisual quality. Design and technology in beautiful harmony – arigatou! 🙏✨

We marked International Women’s Day in the beautiful University Library 📚✨ It was a truly beautiful audiovisual event, featuring precise and skilfully performed musical interludes by Hilal Kaya, Sylfide and Nana Jacobi – avaid was in charge of sound, lighting and visuals 🎶👌

International Women’s Day

We’re providing the sound for the Professor Symposium at the stunning Sønder Campus 🎤👌, featuring fascinating talks from TEOL, SUND & SAMF 💡🤓, followed by a delicious dinner. You don’t need to be a professor to realise that great sound and stunning visuals are key to the perfect corporate event 🎓✨ and, luckily, you don’t need to be a professor to get the right AV solution from avaid 😉

Professor Symposium

The Natural History Museum of Denmark is organising a gala closing event for this year’s Wine & Science: scientific talks, leading researchers and wine during the interval (sparkling wine to mark the occasion)🥂👌 We’re handling the sound and visuals in the beautiful ballroom🎤✨

We visited Save the Children, which provides counselling to young people who are concerned about their sexual thoughts or actions. The event was chaired by Pernille Spitz and featured insightful presentations from, amongst others, Secretary-General Johanne Schmidt-Nielsen and Minister for Social Affairs and Housing Sophie Hæstorp Andersen. We were responsible for managing the sound, video recording and live streaming via Teams.

Save the Children

The University of Copenhagen is hosting its New Year’s Reception with Kahoot! in the beautiful banquet hall! 🥳🥂 The Vice-Chancellor speaks into a gooseneck microphone and the University Director into a headset – both deliver fantastic sound 🎶😌

KU’s New Year’s Relay

Among others, Marie Bjerre, Minister for European Affairs, Jan-Werner Müller, Professor at Princeton University, and Michael McGrath, EU Commissioner for Democracy and the Rule of Law, will be contributing relevant talks on how the EU can better protect its democratic values ⚔️💎 We’re providing great sound and stunning visuals 🎤👍

We’re well into the spring season of ‘Wine & Science’ at the Natural History Museum of Denmark 🍷🧑‍🏫 As always, it features scientific talks, leading researchers and wine during the break. Hosted by the brilliant Mogens Trolle! 🤺👏 Leading researchers and a leading audience deserve leading AV technology… 🎤👌 The eight spring programmes sold out in under an hour, so you’ll need to be quick if you want to secure a place for the autumn season when tickets go on sale this summer 🐆💨

The Foreign Policy Society and the EUROPA think tank hosted exciting panel debates and insightful economic and political presentations in the splendid surroundings of the Danish Shipowners’ Association ✨ We had the pleasure of streaming the event on Zoom 🎥
